One can go on the field where the first time user is mentioned. As soon as the first time user logs in he is prompted to generate a password and a user ID. After generating the User ID one is driven to fill form No. 6 which is used for the issuance of Voter ID for the first time user. One can fill in the details such as Name, Age, Sex, Address and Image and upload all the necessary documents. Once all the fields are filled, one can check that all the details are in order and without any error. It is provided with OTP and one is also provided with an application number that one has to preserve for a future reference of the application of Voter id status tracking.

In this method one can visit the concerned office of the election commission and ask for the printed form number 6. One can make an application with all the supporting documentation and hand over the application at the concerned election commission office. After necessary scrutiny, the officer goes for the personal verification of the documents and then in a few days the Voter ID is issued.
The Semi-offline method: The applicant can download the form from the website and fill all the necessary details. One can send the filled application with all the necessary documents by post to the chief election commissioner of the state. One can also submit the documents at the election commission office in-person.
